Welcome to Full of Lite! Full of Lite is a delicious foods delivery company...if you will. Full of Lite encourages a wholesome lifestyle of favoring nutritious foods and savoring sweets. Don't let the "lite" fool you. While I do feature certain items that are very healthy, lite in this sense denotes moderation.

I invite you to graze around on the site to get a little taste of what Full of Lite is all about! If you scroll down to the bottom of the homepage, you may include your email under the "delicious deliveries" tab to receive emails when new menu items have been posted. Although I am starting small, I plan to feature a weekly specialty item which can always be requested if your tummy needs another taste.
