Personally Pumpkin

Getting used to change can take a while. Since starting nursing school, my days in the kitchen have been few. I've missed the joy of cooking and tending to Full of Lite. Finally, the dust has settled, the leaves have started falling, and I have started cooking, again. My inspiration for these Pumpkin Cupcakes came while I was on fall break in Dallas and feeling the spirit of fall.
